The definitions for some of the defined terms used in this Agreement are set forth below. The definitions for other defined terms are set forth elsewhere in this Agreement.

"Advertisements" or "Ads" means materials or messages in any format, including, without limitation, banner ads, sponsored links, textual, audio-visual, and interactive 

"Cookie" means a clixtoo.com and/or a Third-Party Provider alphanumeric identifier assigned to and stored on an End User's computer when such computer communicates with the Service's ad server. The Cookies are recorded by the ad server to enable the collection of non-PII from End Users.

"Term" means the term of this Agreement, which begins on the calendar day when members ompletes the registration process 

All members Password must be kept private at all the times

We allow only 1 account per Ip adress.

Members can view ads every 24 hrs  with according to server time.Accounts are not trasferable 

Members get paid after they receive there minimum payment thresold via paypal,skrill,airtm,crypto currency,bank transfer

We clixtoo.com staff are not affilate with any advertising contents those contents are the trademark of there legal owner

Mutual Representations and Warranties. Each Party represents and warrants that: (i) it has the full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement, to discharge its obligations hereunder, and to grant the authorization granted hereunder; and (ii) it shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations in the conduct of its business and in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, laws relating to advertising, the Internet, privacy (including, but not limited to, the collection of

children's information) and unfair business practices

All the payments made to clixtoo.com are non refundable because the digital service provided at the same time

Any fraudulent attempt related to payments leads to permanent suspension of account

All disputes will be setteled under the rules of proxima group llc of wyoming and clixtoo.com

The failure of either Party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. Neither Party shall be liable to the other Party for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond its reasonable control.
